- Create and lead a comprehensive development strategy to sustain and grow financial resources, including fundraising efforts, a development plan, and donor relations
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent financial growth to sustain ART 180’s staff and programs now and in the future
- Work closely with the Executive Director, Deputy Director, Board of Trustees, and staff to implement a holistic fundraising plan that includes individual donors, foundations, corporate sponsorships, government agencies, special events, and earned income

Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in fund development
- Proven track record of successfully securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships
- Knowledge of grant writing and management processes
- Experience in event planning and management
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to ethical fundraising
- Ability to establish clear expectations and continuously measure performance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate and present persuasively and effectively
- Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performing teams as well as set and achieve strategic objectives
- Solid organizational skills, including planning, delegating, program development, and task facilitation, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
- Familiarity or openness to Community Centric Fundraising
- Experience with donor databases and fundraising software (e.g., DonorPerfect, SalesForce, Raiser’s Edge)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Salary + Benefits
- Starting salary $80,000
