Create and lead a comprehensive development strategy to sustain and grow financial resources, including fundraising efforts, a development plan, and donor relations
Play a pivotal role in ensuring consistent financial growth to sustain ART 180’s staff and programs now and in the future
Work closely with the Executive Director, Deputy Director, Board of Trustees, and staff to implement a holistic fundraising plan that includes individual donors, foundations, corporate sponsorships, government agencies, special events, and earned income

Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, or a related field
Minimum of three years of experience in fund development
Proven track record of successfully securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships
Knowledge of grant writing and management processes
Experience in event planning and management
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Commitment to ethical fundraising
Ability to establish clear expectations and continuously measure performance
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate and present persuasively and effectively
Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performing teams as well as set and achieve strategic objectives
Solid organizational skills, including planning, delegating, program development, and task facilitation, and strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
Familiarity or openness to Community Centric Fundraising
Experience with donor databases and fundraising software (e.g., DonorPerfect, SalesForce, Raiser’s Edge)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
