Youth For Tomorrow is looking to fill the Front Office Staff position at our New Richmond Office location.
What we are looking for

Possesses customer service skills for communication with staff, patients and other YFT departments.

Good communication, able to communicate with staff and patients any concerns or needs that may arise as a first person of contact in the office.

Flexibility for client schedule needs to include evening sessions scheduled.

Schedule intakes for new patients

Check in Patients, Answer Phones, Collect Co Pays, coordinate with finance Dept., available for administrative support i.e. making copies, getting mail/faxes checking therapists scheduling.

Will work under Onsite Director Richmond office.
Hours/Days: Part-time Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.

- Minimum of one year providing customer services.

Knowledge of and some proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.

Demonstrate a high degree of skill in problem solving and working effectively with people.

Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelors degree preferred.

Detail Oriented.

Flexibility with schedule.

Ability to communicate effectively and serve as a liaison to primary referral sources, families, team members, school districts, community agencies, and signatory partners.

Some knowledge of clinical terminology is preferred.

Any combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties described above.

Ability to serve as the first contact for primary referral sources (often families) and assist in understanding and navigating the often complex system of services and support
In our outpatient behavioral health program, we serve ages 5 to adult in the safety net. We provide services to uninsured and under insured populations, accept most private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. YFT provides outpatient behavioral health services in Northern Virginia through a hybrid model of in-person and tele-health sessions. We work Monday through Friday and this includes three late nights up until 6pm. Our licensed clinicians conduct 28 sessions a week with adjustments for supervisors.
Youth For Tomorrow is a 501 (c) (3) and a faith based, non-profit organization, founded in 1986 by Hall of Fame Football Coach Joe Gibbs. The organization is large, diverse, experienced and committed to serving the least, the lost and the lonely amongst us. YFT began as a residential home for at-risk boys, grew to serve girls, then reached out with community-based programs in 2012. We have offices in Loudoun, Fauquier, Fairfax and three offices in Prince William County. YFT holds one of the highest level of accreditation among behavioral health care clinical programs, being awarded national accreditation from The Joint Commission. YFTs behavioral health services also are accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).
