The Director of Development plays a pivotal role in inspiring donors and securing vital resources to achieve our mission. The Director of Development oversees grants, special events, and campaigns to meet the agency’s short- and long-term fundraising goals. Additionally, the Director of Development cultivates major gifts, manages donor stewardship strategies, and develops an annual communications plan that aligns with development and program priorities, strengthens brand identity, and supports donors in accomplishing their philanthropic goals.
Compensation: $76,000 - $80,000 yearly
