Job Summary:
Childrens Miracle Network Hospitals is seeking a dynamic and creative Multimedia Editor to produce high-impact visual and audio content that brings our mission to life. This role is central to how we communicate our storytranslating complex information into compelling, accessible, and emotionally resonant digital narratives. Youll collaborate across departments to create content for web, social media, fundraising campaigns, and educational initiatives, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual identity across all platforms. Core Duties:

Produce, film, and edit multimedia content (video, audio, photography) for digital platforms

Design and develop visual content for social media, fundraising campaigns, education initiatives, and internal communications

Manage multimedia projects from concept through post-production, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder reviews.

Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and accessibility standards, including inclusive design practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and communication teams to support organizational goals

Maintain a consistent and compelling visual narrative across channels
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

Organize and archive multimedia assets for efficient reuse

Stay current with trends and emerging tools in digital media and storytelling

Provide guidance to staff on multimedia best practices

Support production for live events, internal meetings, and campaign launches as needed

Operate multimedia equipment and ensure technical setup for shoots and recordings

Explore and implement AI tools to streamline content production and enhance storytelling.

Apply copyright and fair use principles to all multimedia assets, ensuring legal compliance and ethical standards.

Required Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Film, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video production, editing, digital photography, and audio recording
- Demonstrated ability to manage multimedia projects from concept to completion
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition)
- Shareable portfolio of work that highlights visual storytelling, creativity, and audience engagement
- Strong visual communication and storytelling skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Comfortable using or learning AI tools to enhance content production
Preferred Experience:
- Adobe Certified Professional
- Experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
- Experience creating accessible content and inclusive design
- Familiarity with copyright law and fair use practices
