Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations and assist in the execution of strategic plans
• Coordinate administrative functions and maintain project documentation
• Schedule and manage team meetings, follow-ups, and calendar events
• Oversee workflow and process improvements across departments
• Maintain internal systems and databases for tracking progress
• Communicate with vendors, stakeholders, and partners
• Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards for leadership
• Experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field (preferred)
