As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Working Student to join our People & Culture team.
As a Working Student in People & Culture, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a small and collaborative organisation, working closely with senior team members.

Your responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process, including preparing onboarding materials, setting up employee accounts, updating organisational chart and helping new team members settle in.
- HR Administration: Help maintain employee records, manage documents and data in Personio.
- Employee Engagement: Assist the Senior People & Culture Manager in organising team-building activities.
- General Support: Provide administrative support to the Operations team as needed, including data entry, research, and creating reports.
Required skills & experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in People & Culture, HR operations, and climate action.
- Confident using Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Personio experience is a plus).
Desirable skills & experience
- Prior work experience in HR or a related field.
- Good understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices is a plus.
