Job Coach (As-Needed)

Use your coaching skills to change lives!

This position is PRN (as needed) and has variable hours. Seasonal summer work is 20-30 hours per week.

LEAP (Linking Employment, Abilities and Potential) is looking for coaches to help people with disabilities to achieve success at work by providing coaching throughout their shifts, including delivering feedback on work performance, job skills, and interpersonal skills, as well as helping navigate work culture and social environments.

Minimum qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience interacting or working with persons with disabilities in a professional or personal setting
Work hours vary; daytime, evening, and weekend assignments available.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
