The YMCA of Hagerstown is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to be a part of our Member Service Team. This part-time position will be every Monday 9:00AM-5:00PM, Tuesday 5:00PM-9:00PM and Thursday 3:30PM-9:00PM (subject to change). This person must be able to fill opening and closing shift as needed. Member Service staff provides timely, friendly, accurate customer service to members and guests of the YMCA. As a team member, candidate will be responsible for accurately registering program participants and taking payments, maintaining accurate member records, selling merchandise, and completing clerical tasks as directed. Ability to multi-task a must and prior experience in customer service preferred. Computer and phone skills a must.
