RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth by cultivating strategic partnerships, stewarding philanthropic donors, and aligning with organizational goals.
- Build and strengthen relationships with high-level volunteer leaders and corporate executives to achieve fundraising objectives.
- Oversee volunteer leadership team recruitment, engagement, and management, including executive-level committees.
- Identify and secure major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and foundation support to meet and exceed fundraising targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including recruiting, onboarding, and training staff.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute impactful strategies for community engagement and mission-driven outcomes.
- Regularly evaluate progress toward individual and team goals, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or business development with 3 years of managerial experience.
- Demonstrated success in cultivating corporate partnerships, securing sponsorships, and cultivating high-level donors.
- Strong organizational skills, particularly in overseeing event logistics and fundraising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships.
- Experience with fundraising software such as Salesforce or Blackbaud is a plus.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers the potential to earn up to 25% of your base pay through an incentive program tied to achieving key revenue targets.
